Pittman Will Stay at Texas

Excerpt from the Austin American-Statesmen:

Longhorn center Dexter Pittman will return for his senior season at Texas.

“This season was only me scratching the surface,” Pittman said, noting that his body could use more developing before moving on to the next level.

Pittman said he considered going to some NBA camps and testing the waters, but ultimately decided not to. He said he wanted to get the decision over with quickly and get rid of the anxiety and questions about his future and make the announcement today.
