Player Biography: Though Notre Dame's Ben Hansbrough, a transfer from Mississippi State, may be best known as Tyler Hansbrough's little brother, he has really made a name for himself as a senior. The younger Hansbrough is leading the Fighting Irish in scoring (17.3) and assists (4.1) while shooting a consistently high rate on threes (41.4%). While he has performed at a high level this year, he has an uphill battle if he hopes to play in the NBA. Hansbrough is in an unfortunate position; he lacks the ideal size and athleticism of an NBA shooting guard and does not have the skills of a traditional point guard. At this point, I do not see Ben Hansbrough getting drafted, but with a few years overseas to develop his game, he might have a chance to make a roster.
