Draft Profile: OSU SG James Anderson

James Anderson #23
College: Oklahoma State
Class: Junior
NBA Position: Shooting Guard
Height: 6'6"
Weight: 205 lbs
Birthday: 3/25/1989
Player Biography: After two quietly solid seasons at Oklahoma State, James Anderson made noise on the national scene as the centerpiece of the Cowboys offense as a junior. A terrible scorer, Anderson finished the season with impressive averages, tallying nearly 23 points and 6 rebounds per game, on his way to Big 12 Player of the Year and All-American honors. Though he may not have star potential at the next level, at the very least, Anderson has the makings of a valuable role player.

• NBA body with ideal size
• Excellent shooter with quick release
• Efficient for a high volume scorer
• Shoots well off the dribble
• Plays under control
• Solid athlete
• High character
Weaknesses:

• Lacks star potential
