Eniel Polynice to Forego Senior Season

Guard Eniel Polynice will enter his name in the NBA draft and will not return to Ole Miss for his final year of eligibility in men’s basketball, the school announced today.

Polynice, a 6-foot-5, fourth-year junior, is set to graduate in May.

“I have enjoyed my experience as a student-athlete during my four years at Ole Miss,” said Polynice in a statement released by the school. “I will be the first person in my family to graduate from college in a few weeks, and now I’m ready to pursue my dream of playing professional basketball.”
