Player Biography: Mullens was a top rated recruit (#1 Rivals; #3 Scout) out of high school at Canal Winchester. The seven footer averaged 27.4 ppg and 15.1 rpg during his senior year and was selected as a McDonald's All-American. Mullens's great field goal percentage in high school (71.2%) has carried over to the college level, shooting over 60% from the field. He only averaged around twenty minutes per game at Ohio State, but his size, potential, and scoring ability have opened the eyes of NBA scouts. Mullens declared for the NBA Draft on March 26, 2009.
